槽型皮帶機，常用于糧食輸送、玉米、飼料以及散料的輸送。
槽型皮帶機
槽型皮帶機廣泛應用在電力、鋼鐵、采礦、港口、考古挖掘以及水泥、糧食、飼料加工業，可以輸送煤炭、礦石、泥土、化工原料、谷物等比重較大的散料，適合于比較惡劣的生產環境，具有耐臟、耐磨、防灰塵等功能。
輸送皮帶采用多層橡膠帶，帶寬500mm/650mm/800mm/1000mm/1200mm/1400mm。工作面皮帶由三個滾筒組成的槽型托滾架承托，回帶由平托滾承托。槽型皮帶機配有防止皮帶跑偏的槽型和平行調心滾筒，彈簧清掃器和空段清掃器。槽型皮帶機可以實現25度的傾斜提升輸送，支架采用國標槽鋼和角鋼制作。
