真空濃縮鍋的介紹:
專業適宜于果醬(番茄醬/桃醬/杏醬/草莓醬/辣椒醬等)、糖漿等高黏度物料的濃縮??梢愿鶕蛻舻囊蟀逊厌u從4.5-5.5%brix濃縮到28-30%brix,30-32%brix或36-38%brix。
在真空條件下,連續低溫濃縮,確保物料中有效成分的zui少流失。
融合好技術,采用歐洲標準,經過我司在新疆、內蒙古等地多條生產線的實際運用,具備了設計制造蒸發量為300L-35000L的單效、二效、三效以及多效蒸發器的能力。
主體結構為優質不銹鋼材料;由管式加熱器、真空蒸發室、多級冷凝器、泵浦(物料循環泵/進出料泵/真空泵/水泵)、自動PLC控制系統、相關閥組和檢測儀表、操作平臺等部件組成。具有結構緊湊,運行穩定,生產效率高,節能等優點。
