高純蒸汽發(fā)生器
本產(chǎn)品—高純蒸汽發(fā)生器，即產(chǎn)“飽和"純蒸汽，又能生產(chǎn)“過熱"純蒸汽，不僅是藥廠、保健飲品廠、醫(yī)院、生化科研等部門的消毒、滅菌的高純蒸汽生產(chǎn)專用設(shè)備，而且還是洗塞機(jī)、濕法消毒滅菌柜生產(chǎn)廠家的配套設(shè)備。
目前國(guó)內(nèi)外的純蒸汽發(fā)生器只能產(chǎn)出“飽和"純蒸汽，對(duì)于遠(yuǎn)距離（如100m以上）的設(shè)備進(jìn)行滅菌消毒時(shí)，由于蒸汽到達(dá)使用點(diǎn)時(shí)已產(chǎn)生了大量的凝結(jié)水，已不屬于純蒸汽了，而是飽和水和飽和正切斷混合流體，因此滅菌消毒效果較差，尤其是300米以上的遠(yuǎn)距離工藝管道滅菌消毒，根本就達(dá)不到滅菌消毒的目的。
本產(chǎn)品配有“過熱"純蒸汽（即高純蒸汽）發(fā)生器，可產(chǎn)出“過熱"純蒸汽，對(duì)遠(yuǎn)距離的設(shè)備進(jìn)行滅菌消毒時(shí)，“過熱"純蒸汽在到達(dá)使用點(diǎn)之前，流動(dòng)阻力和蒸汽管路散熱效應(yīng)殼消除“過熱"純蒸汽的“過度熱"，轉(zhuǎn)換成不含凝結(jié)水的“飽和"純蒸汽，因此對(duì)（150—1000m）遠(yuǎn)距離的用氣點(diǎn)進(jìn)行滅菌消毒，仍具有時(shí)間短、效果好的優(yōu)點(diǎn)，這一優(yōu)點(diǎn)是目前國(guó)內(nèi)外所有的純蒸汽發(fā)生器都不具備的，也是本產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。對(duì)于遠(yuǎn)距離設(shè)備滅菌消毒，應(yīng)根據(jù)距離的增加適當(dāng)?shù)奶岣呒冋羝摹斑^度熱"，以保證純蒸汽的“過度熱"保持的時(shí)間長(zhǎng)一些，這樣也就保證了蒸汽到達(dá)使用點(diǎn)的純度。
