全自動稱重式灌裝機結構特點：采用可編程控制器（PLC）、觸摸屏進行操作控制，使用調節方便。每個灌裝頭均有稱重和反饋系統，能對每一個頭的灌裝量進行灌裝量設置和單個微量調整。光電傳感、接近開頭等采用的都是*的傳感元件，做到無桶不灌裝，堵桶主機會自動停機并報警。灌裝方式為下潛式，可有效減少泡沫的產生，可以滿足不同特征物料的灌裝。整機按GMP標準要求制作，各管路連接采用快裝方式，拆卸清洗方便快捷，與物料接觸部位及外露部分均采用優質不銹鋼材料制造。整機安全、環保、衛生、美觀，能適應各種不同環境的工作。

 This type of machine is used for 10kg to 50 liquid filling. Automatic achieve counting bottle inlet, filling by weight, bottle outlet. Especially for SL, edible oil, lubrication. It’s a nice choice for foodstuff, pharmacy, cosmetic and chemical industries.
